Has the list of known problems been saying for 19 years that "to date there has been no full listing of all known problems"?

If so, we might need a list of known problems in the known problems list. (-:

Or maybe it is time to acknowledge that "to date" in 2006 was a fair while ago now.

We can find all the problems in Unicode by making a list of all the non-problematic characters and then circling the ones that aren't on the list.
