I built a "bring-your-own-storage" gallery tool you can use with your Google Drive. Just plug in your Drive and create polished galleries with likes, downloads, password protection, expiring links, etc. without paying for hosted storage.

Mostly businesses (like photographers and visual artists) use it to deliver work to clients in a "white-label" way, but I also know people who found Google Drive UI to be unintuitive when sending photos to family so they use PicSpot :)

The tech stack: – Vue.js frontend – Hono backend – Google Drive API - Cloudflare infra (pages, workers, D1 database and KV storage).

I'm rolling out watermark support and Dropbox integration soon, plus probably integrate multi drive support.
