I would just outright put a ban on any app that advertises itself as solving health related issues. I can't go around and call myself a therapist or doctor without a license and neither should a computer program and its benefactors. If they can prove that it is safe and reliable then sure, but real humans must verify and certify. Changes to the model then means the model must be reverified. Sounds too complex? So is the human mind. Don't play dangerous and stupid games for profit.
