Will this be reimbursable through insurance as other blood draws are?

Unlikely (unfortunately).
I work at a blood testing service which costs $190 when consumers pay in cash, and when we've tried going through insurance, it actually costs about $1400-$1500.
The "insurance-negotiated" rate is massively inflated, and some of the more advanced biomarkers (e.g., ApoB) generally don't have insurance coverage.
