Show HN: GitSage – Breakdown Developers, Projects and Code, with AI

https://www.gitsage.dev/
3•adamthehorse•1h ago
Hey I'm Adam, I built GitSage because I wanted an easy way to browse code and developers I was unfamiliar with.

I had a question about react, and wanted to look into their repo directly, but I wasn't very fluent in JS, and the library is large and complex, how would I know where to start? Or who to ask?

That's why I built GitSage, I wanted to be able to ask an AI Agent about a library or project like React, about its technical details, and that the current development looks like.

It's still in the early stages, with plans to add GitHub MCP servers within the week. The product is entirely free to use. Would love your feedback! Thanks!
