Lunduke is banned in HN submissions and an obvious flamebait source. You can find better context without resorting to his nonsense "culture war" framing.
SilverElfin•4mo ago
Attacking him as a “flamebait” source is basically hiding from the truth. The labels you’re using like “nonsense” or “culture war” is just a not-so-subtle way of trying to bury the injection of left biased politics into that space, which he covers truthfully and in detail.
bigyabai•4mo ago
I'm not the one who flags him, HN does. If you think HN is "hiding from the truth" by doing so, email dang at hn@ycombinator.com to ensure Lunduke's opinions are protected from unfair scrutiny.

However, in this instance I concur with HN and what seems to be the majority of the users here. Lunduke produces no actionable suggestions and stimulates no important discourse. He deliberately avoids due-diligence, ignores integral details and is justifiably dismissed as a second-class source in pretty much every domain of computer science.

If you're still willing to make a case for him, please do. It's just not the kind of politicized blogslop that HN typically rewards, regardless of what your politics are.
