In case author is here, some feedback: Minute 18 should be at ca minute 1. The first 50% of the episode feels like meandering fluff for someone who looked forward to hearing your take on gleam. Introing with your whole life journey as a programmer will make listeners drop. Just get to the topic. I get there's a couple of parallels and stories in there that tie in as comparisons to aspects you like with gleam but if you really find them relevant enough, cut them down and weave them in towards the end.
