Given product certification and training here too, are there yet any US distributors of infrared heating products like infrared 'wallpaper' (that works on ceilings, walls, floors) that can be cut to form, punctured, and torn?

Are there infrared wallpaper products in US markets? What are the risks and cost advantages? Is (graphene-based) infrared residential and commerical heating internationally undercapitalized?
