We built this for ourselves out of the frustration of filling out constant fields to generate quotes
At the time we were a 3 person team and were using GPT to generate quotes, but the pdf was not consistent and memory leaky. But the problem was that we would get inbound, and had to make some calls with customer, understand what they need and send a quote. So we would paste either the email or summary into a custom gpt and would save time on extraction and generation -- but it grew too much and and inconsistent. (We did initially reduce our quotes from /hour to /minutes --> so QuotePPM went up 10x) :)
So we built this, initially with its own chat, but decided it was too much and have reduced it down to it's bare bones -- copy paste your product sku excel, use built in cart, add address and logo and choose from 4 LOTR templates and pdf it.
The idea is to do this for invoice and PO as well, as I have not seen many tools that just do these three, and do it cleanly -- they are always buried deep within "Quickbooks, or archaics like it" -- stripe has good invoice, but no PO or Quote.
