So like the volume of a large living room. Whereas a lithium ion battery with the same capacity is the size of a large suitcase, or worst case a refrigerator.

However, you do need to store that battery somewhere, and it needs to be somewhere where if the lithium catches fire it doesn't murder the entire household.
Whereas ec3's goal is more like... To be your roof or walls. It is still structurally sound, and can be incorporated into existing parts of a building. Making it better suited to city development.
