I saw someone making customized photos for their girlfriend from their photos on TikTok, and thought that it was a genious idea! It however took a lot of time (imagine waiting 5 minutes each for 20 photos), so I automatized it.
I then found a printing service to integrate it with, so now people can get the whole package, from creating the photos, quality assurance (I actually check all photos myself to ensure the AI doesn't hallucinate that bad) to delivery.
So far it almost doesn't earn anything (the API is really pricey, so I don't really make much per order), so I can't do any advertisement, but have had some organic traffic.
It's mostly targeted at families or couples, and I think it would be a really cute christmas or valentines gift idea.
