Selling Legal Tech SaaS Portfolio – Pre-Revenue but Validated ($8,500)

I've been building in the legal tech space for 8 months and need to sell my portfolio due to a new opportunity.

What I built:

LegalDeep AI - Contract analysis SaaS using GPT-4 for risk detection. 23 beta users, positive feedback on accuracy.

PostPro AI - LinkedIn content optimization tool. Uses custom algorithms + GPT-4. 50+ active users.

LegalDoc Scanner AI - React Native mobile app for legal document scanning and analysis. iOS/Android compatible.

Technical Stack:

Frontend: React.js, React Native, TypeScript

Backend: Node.js, Express

AI: OpenAI GPT-4, Gemini AI, custom ML models

Database: PostgreSQL

Infrastructure: Vercel, Railway

What's Included:

Complete source code for all 3 products

All domains, branding, design assets

User research and validation interviews

Documentation and deployment guides

1 month transition support

Pricing:

Individual: LegalDeep AI ($3,500), PostPro AI ($2,500), LegalDoc Scanner ($3,000)

Bundle: $8,500 for all three

Valuation Logic: This represents development cost (~400 hours) + validation work. No inflated revenue projections. These are pre-revenue but solve validated pain points.

Why Selling: Offered CTO position at YC startup. Can't maintain focus on multiple products while taking on that responsibility.

The legal industry is notoriously slow to adopt technology, but the problems are real. Contract review costs $200-500/hour. Someone with proper marketing focus could turn these into revenue-generating products.

Legal tech is a $17B market growing at 5% annually. These are validated entry points for someone with execution focus.
