My friends and I are sharing a small project that combines new tech with historical exploration. We built this to experiment with Gaussian Splatting and let users virtually explore history and art.

A few tech details:
- Stack: Built with Next.js, React, and hosted on Cloudflare Workers. We used Tailwind for rapid development.
- The Tour: The virtual tour uses OpenSeadragon (for high-resolution image tiling) and PlayCanvas for the interactive 3D Gaussian Splats experience.
- Maps: Maps were created using QGIS.
