Show HN: AI Cookbook – A social media-like platform for AI prompts

https://aicookbook.vercel.app/
1•grenish•2h ago
Hi HN,

I'm excited to share a project I've been working on: AI Cookbook. As I've dived deeper into using AI models like GPT, Gemini, and Midjourney, I found myself constantly saving, tweaking, and losing track of prompts. It felt like everyone was reinventing the wheel in their own private notes. There wasn't a central, community-driven place to share what works, discover new techniques, and collaborate.

So, I built AI Cookbook to be a "Social media for prompts." It’s an open platform where anyone can share, discover, and remix high-quality AI prompts. The goal is to move beyond scattered blog posts and create a living library that we can all build together.

Key Features:

* Create & Share: Post your prompts with text, images, and metadata like the model used (e.g., "Grok Imagine"), category ("Image", "Brainstorm"), and tags.

* Explore: Discover new prompts through a feed, explore by tags, or filter by specific AI models.

* User Profiles: Build a profile that showcases your contributions, and follow other creators to see their latest work.

* Modern Interface: The UI is built to be fast, clean, and responsive, with customizable themes to personalize your experience.

The project is built with Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase for the backend. It's fully open-source.

The app is still under active development, so you might encounter a few bugs or rough edges. I'm actively working on fixing and improving things.

I'd love for you to check it out, share a prompt you're proud of, and give me your feedback. What features would make it more useful for your workflow?

Thanks for taking a look!
