however on august we moved our company headequarter to a new location. and since we are located in germany it is really important to have invoices with the correct address.
unfortunatly we could not change the address in google cloud for the payment settings, because our profile is connected with D-U-N-S. we already changed our invoice at the D-U-N-S site and other providers that use D-U-N-S did allow us to change to the new address. however that does not work on google cloud.
we reached out the support on 8/11/25 and we only got told to wait. it should not be that hard to change a simple address on our invoices? it would be really problematic in november.
does anybody have ideas how we can further reach out to somebody at google to escalate the issue?
