I made a web tool that turns Markdown into presentation slides instantly

It's not perfect, but I just launched this beta web app like literally today so I'm just very proud to have finished the very first version of this. I really wanted to make this out of my own frustration to replace presentation software, and it's free.

And i prefer typing over designing, so I can just write things out in plain markdown text which makes it way faster to make decks.

Nice!

Is it better than or much different from Marp [0]? If so, in what ways?

Looks like the Deckless editor UI is nice.

I wonder if the Markdown source could be compatible/portable between Deckless and Marp.

Ya, I didn't even know marp existed before i started working on it. But Deckless has its own opinionated way of rendering markdown, but the basic principles are the same... just turn markdown into something presentable. Maybe I can incorporate marp's custom markdown design hints such as background properties etc in the future? But it's really just meant to do everything out of the box without any customization besides your markdown.

Also main difference is that it's just a web tool so it works with a UI on the browser and supposed to be simple to use for anyone.
