I built this small app to help me focus by physically separating from my phone.
You open the app on your laptop and scan a QR code with your phone. Then you choose how long you want to focus.
Before the session begins, your phone guides you through a short ritual:
1. Stand up
2. Walk for 10 seconds
3. Place your phone in another room
4. Start the focus session
Once your phone is away, the timer on your laptop starts running.
The goal isn’t to block distractions digitally, but to make focus a physical action — turning walking away from your phone into a small ritual that resets your attention.
