I'm sorry to be that person, but I don't have 24 minutes now. What is this about? What changes everything?

It seems to just be Marcus' usual clickbaity style. It's just about the test flight on Monday, which is supposed to be the last one for Block 2. After that they'll be on to Block 3 with significantly improved engines (they should fare better through re-entry, particularly on the booster), and some big tweaks to the booster and ship control surfaces.

After proving they can successfully catch boosters, they haven't been bothering with it so far because they're all already obsolete, and with the Ships, they only ironed out the major flaws with block 2 at the last test flight. So, one more test to gather more data, then on to some more downtime putting the next block upgrade through all the ground testing again.
