How do you analyze customer feedback at scale?

I'm trying to understand how teams handle customer feedback analysis. We're collecting feedback from support tickets, surveys, and conversations, but finding patterns manually doesn't scale.

Tried spreadsheets (too manual), ChatGPT (loses context), and enterprise tools (too expensive).

For those dealing with this: What's your current process? What's the biggest pain point?

I created a short survey to understand this better: https://aicofounder.com/research/ZdONgPw . Would appreciate your input - takes ~2 minutes.

What approaches have worked for you?
