Asking people to be vulnerable within that context won't save anyone and just creates more confusion. What she is not saying is while it is a complex and uncertain world, corporations are optimized for Avoidance of complexity and uncertainty and and so are fundamentally flawed and highly unstable structurally if pushed into any situation requiring dealing with complexity and uncertainty.
People inside such structures will not be able to resolve the contradiction. Its like expecting farm and circus animals to change how the farm or circus works.
Don't wait for the structure to change. Get what you need and get out.
