I was having trouble keeping track of what skills I was training when swapping Digimon in and out of the Digifarm in the new Digimon game, so I vibe coded a tracker over the weekend.

You can browse all Digimon and their evolutions without an account, and signing in allows you to create a collection and track evolution requirements.

Still working on mobile and some overall polishing, but thought it may be helpful for anyone picking up the game!
