My focus includes advocating for and building a strategic Bitcoin reserve for Samoa, moving us beyond the volatility of short-term grants and colonial financial systems. We champion a transparent, long-term Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) strategy, ensuring national wealth is preserved and accountable to the people—a crucial element as we lay the foundations of initial Central Bank and World Bank-funded digital programs.

The most immediate, impactful change we are pushing for is the adoption of Bitcoin Lightning for remittances. This isn't just technology; it's a humanitarian and economic mechanism projected to save Samoan families and the wider Pacific diaspora millions in exorbitant transaction fees, redirecting those savings back into our communities for education, empowerment, and genuine, grassroots wealth creation.
