Absci's (ABSI) crown jewel, ABS-201, is supposed to regrow hair better than minoxidil, and they’re partnering with AMD and Oracle for AI-based drug development and AI-designed antibodies. If they actually work in humans it will be huge. Their valuation hangs entirely on whether their first clinical programs (ABS-101 and ABS-201) validate the tech, otherwise yet another AI drug hype that never cleared clinical trials.
