Growth rate and rate of change is very encouraging. At this rate, battery electric and plug in hybrids should be at least half of global light vehicle sales within the next ~5-6 years. Hard to say how long it’ll take for combustion vehicle sales to end entirely, but it seems entirely possible by 2035-2040 based on current trajectories.
