How is this even science? What does this experiment prove? Artificial sweetener does not have calories.

Probably has little to do with honey specifically, and more about eating/drinking something that has calories that your body consumes during and after exercise.

would be interesting to compare to other sweeteners, like sucrose, fructose, alcohol? etc
