Meanwhile I could've shipped it in 20 minutes if I just got clear requirements upfront. We spend more time debating "best practices" and asking "what do you all think?" than actually writing code. Sometimes you just need someone to say "use Postgres, deploy to this server, here are the specs" and let devs actually build.
