Well, shadows are always tallest when it's a new dawn or impending darkness, either one.
Not like this kind of thing happens on a reliable 24-hour cycle.
Maybe over a year before you can possibly be sure.
If it's a new dawn things are better than they were a year ago, and keep getting brighter from here.
I think there's got to be a number of people having this opinion.
If it's darkness instead, it won't get any brighter for a long time, and only after dimming completely.
Plenty are bound to be feeling this way too.
Others for whom it remains to be seen, and everybody normally draws the line somewhere different, so it may turn out that differences in opinion are more critical than anything actually factual.
