What we are seeing here is an attempt to get a kill permit for people, by a company, to protect there proffits.

Waymo co-CEO's managed to give very few. interviews up until now, precisely because the media's going to remove all nuance and grab the juciest pull quote from the interview to get clicks. Why would they start doing interviews now?

Their operating license should be pulled for having this type of attitude.
