The FP playbook is pretty well-known: cut R&D and milk customers for enough money to service the debt load incurred to finance the deal. There are worse PEs out there (New Relic still seems reasonably functional) but this just makes Jamf easier to out-build (full disclosure: my GitHub username and my username here are the same).
