The photos and videos are very easy problems to solve. This feels like needless emotional manipulation by the author.

As for the apps, they’re a sunk cost. Is the price of rebuying a few apps worth dealing with the ex?

I’d also question if the courts can compel the father to release the kids from the group, especially if he is essentially stalking the kids with it.
