Is this even a tenth of the funding needed for a production line of devices for fab lines? Maybe it funds a technology demonstration, but as seed for a move against ASML, seems undercapitalised.
A single ASML unit is $350m according to that article and spend $10b to develop it. I get there is a 2nd system effect but still.
