I’m not sure they can have both the affordable housing people want and the work in the office businesses want. Can’t see businesses moving away from the expensive areas they currently occupy, and they’re not letting workers do it. Throw in social and political factors and it’s going to be a mess going forward. And they wonder where the babies are…
