Ask HN: What are you Building Now?

1•paulwilsonn•3mo ago
Always love hearing about what others in the HN community are hacking on -side projects, startups, tools, art, anything. What’s keeping you up at night (in a good way)?

There's a monthly post for this every second Sunday. The next one is this Sunday, the 9th.

Building multicardz - Trello reimagined with a row dimension for true 2D organization, handling any operation on 1M cards in under a second.

Showcases genx.software (declarative HTML that extends htmx's philosophy to client-side concerns). Drag-and-drop, formatting, accessibility - all via HTML attributes instead of React boilerplate. 150ms total load time, 50 divs, 1600 lines CSS, perfect Lighthouse scores.

Soft launching both late November (early availability for HN readers).

This looks great - Trello’s 1D limitation always felt constraining. Love the “row dimension” concept and the minimalist stack. Please share when it’s live - would love to try it out early!
adamzwasserman•3mo ago
Will do!

FWIW, multicardz is actually n-dimensional. Not that many people will use it.
