I used to use substack as a weak signal for quality, but still a signal. As of late, I've seen a bunch of substack articles by different authors posted here that don't pass the weakest of scrutiny. I don't know how you even make an error as simple as this.

After clicking the link the 404 number is clearly the total amount of money raised, not a burn rate:
