Africa Startups are usually Finance Apps

It’s interesting to see that most African startups securing funding today are in finance or crypto. While these sectors are undeniably important, it feels like other industries, especially real estate, aren’t getting the same attention. Africa’s real estate market has huge potential, yet it remains underexplored compared to the buzz around digital finance. Platforms focused on real estate could drive significant growth and offer tangible opportunities for both local investors and everyday individuals. It’s time to think beyond just fintech and crypto and give other sectors, like real estate, the innovation they deserve.

this is why i am building nofi72.com to step out.
