Title should say “UPS”, not “Ups”.

pic at the top of the article, from a drone, looks over the crash path, and shows the runway, the angle beween the two is diagnostic for a very hard turn to the left, despite what had to be the pilot attempting to correct for a strait departure. the angle is so sharp as to indicate much more than an engine out, as the giant rudders on these planes are there for just that scenario. other footage, shows the plane rolling in, left wing down, indicating loss of lift on that side. this is a bad one, and with the ATC's not getting paid, and who knows what else, the whole sector is looking very grim,and highlighting the fact that ALL of the "deciders", fly private, private jets, to and from, private airports.
