So I went back to writing things by hand. It turned out to be surprisingly effective — clearer, simpler, and easier to focus.
Then I discovered the Eisenhower Matrix, a simple framework for distinguishing between what’s important and what’s urgent. After using it by hand for over a month, it became a natural habit for organizing my tasks.
So I decided to build a Mac app around it. I borrowed some ideas from GTD, like adding an Inbox, and made it easy to drag tasks into the Matrix to organize them visually.
It’s a minimal, local-first app — no account, no cloud — focused entirely on one thing: helping you stay focused on what truly matters.
If you’re into frameworks like GTD or PARA, you might enjoy giving it a try.
