I've been wanting to create my own YouTube videos for a long time. Mostly programming and technical videos. What is a good (and easy) software to use? I want to record my screen and easily edit and publish without spending hours doing it.

For recording OBS is pretty much the standard. Editing depends on the workflow

For editing I used https://www.shotcut.org/ , not easy, but there are just too many things to configure.
