Clickwrap vs. wet signature license agreement

1•domlebo70•1h ago
Hi all.

I run a SaaS. Deal size maybe $500-$6k per month in the healthcare space. Typically do a demo, agree on price, then they start using the product, and I send them a license agreement via Pandadoc and they sign.

I want to explore the idea of just doing a Clickwrap type agreement instead of using Pandadoc and sending an agreement. Basically upon logging in for the first time, all users are greeted with the agreement, they click ok, and that's that. We would log the metadata associated as evidence they clicked agree.

Is this typical? What to beware of? How to implement - I see Docusign has a product to do so but it's 5k a year which is too much for me? Any thoughts?
