I am building a chess app solely dedicate to practicing and mastering Blindfold chess. The first version of the app is now on the stores, will be adding puzzles and trainings to teach Blindfold next.

I love this idea! I've always wanted to be able to play blindfolded but have never persisted with more than a few opening moves.
Two features I'd like, training on well known openings and to be able to occasionally "uncover" the board to see if I'm correct.

The "uncover" board feature is already on the app and is called "Peek Board" available from 3 dots menu in game mode :)
Thanks for the good idea about training for openings. I will definitely consider working on this.
