Founders and Freelancers – Advice Needed

1•kayleighb1•24m ago
I help teams get time back in their week by taking over the delivery + ops work that slows everything down, things like:

-Projects with no clear owner

-Roadmaps that only exist in someone’s head

-Tasks piling up with no prioritisation

-Zero visibility on what’s happening

-Processes that should exist… but don’t

-Clients or stakeholders losing confidence

I work remotely and plug in part-time or fractional as the person who cleans this up so you can actually focus on the work that matters.

--

What I’m trying to figure out now is: Where do people who need this kind of help actually hang out? Founder communities? Slack groups? LinkedIn? Cold outreach? Something I’m missing? What's the best way to reach out?

I know the problems I solve - I’m just trying to find the right places to meet the people who need it.

Any insights on this topic or just in general starting out would be hugely appreciated. DMs and connections open.
