I have zero expertise in this area, but the following quotes from the webpage make me suspicious:
* "This is theoretically impossible with classical algorithms" (plausible, maybe it's a different approach and it mentions noise, aka maybe it's some kind of random fuzzy approach?)

* "represents a new way to think about the Riemann zeta function"

Thank you for the comment! The website is a marketing copy. The research paper is jargon free.

My suggestion is to take one or two weeks to rewrite the site to avoid weird false claims like

and then post again.

Thank you, will do that! I wrote that because internally the math uses zeta function's properties to avoid getting stuck in local minima. Will revamp the site.
