I have been using AI assistive tools for coding like Cursor, codex, Claude code for quite a while now. Particularly for my own personal project. I rarely use Git when I am working on my own project, and I sometimes let LLMs generate bunch of code I don't read closely as long as they work as intended. I could create a fully working full stack web app within days with Cursor.

Now I am working with a startup, and clearly this would not be a working strategy. LLM just generates so big of chunk of code that sometime hard to review and collaborate.

Just want to know what is your guys strategy on using tools like cursor in a small team? how to keep the momentum going while being manageable.
