That's worth celebrating. Not because these programmes solve everything, but because they solve something real for people who desperately need solutions. And they do it whilst preserving what matters most: the ability to choose lettuce for a salad, to smile whilst announcing dinner plans, to remain independent in one's own home for as long as possible.

In that wheelbarrow journey from doorstep to mobile market and back again lies a small but genuine triumph of human ingenuity and compassion.
