What it surfaces:
- AI-generated company insights based on hiring acceleration/deceleration. - Exclusive alternative data: normalized hiring activity across industries and peers. - Signals before the market reacts (e.g., sudden hiring freezes, unexpected team expansions). - Hiring trends are compared directly to stock trends to highlight divergences that may matter later.
Why I built it: alternative data that’s fast and actionable — hiring is often a leading indicator for revenue/cost trajectory, but is hard to track across public filings. I’d love honest feedback on the UI, the signals, and how analysts might use this data.

- % changes aren't that informative without the raw value change - filtering by country would be useful - a sample set of well-known companies would be good for new people - mucking around with scroll behaviour makes for a terrible experience. on my pixel phone, the site feels slow as all get out and some swipes to scroll move two lines while others fling me across half the page.
