I don't have a problem with laws targeting age. We have them in the physical world too.

I will have a problem with how this will get implemented. If it isn't done at the OS layer (iOS, Windows, Android, ChromeOS, Linux, etc.), then it's going to help companies like Meta so much. Imagine a viral app social media app that wants to compete with Instagram having to pay for millions of age verification services pre-revenue.

Meta would love this law if identify isn't at the OS layer.
