I'm working on migrating my gitea (helm chart) while stumbling onto the issue that they still have no alternative to bitnami helm charts.

I have found a pretty good alternative by using the postgres operator instead and it seems that the valkey community simply forked the bitnami chart. However, it seems that valkey are one of very few projects that commited to maintaining such charts.

Are we really stuck maintaining our own image/helm catalogs again?
