The reality of life after getting your brand stocked in a national retailer

I have no idea if people find the content helpful but it was definitely mostly if not totally written by AI.
sandspar•2mo ago
Many of the comments are AI bots as well.

"This was such an eye-opening breakdown. Most people only see the big retail win, not the insane operational load, cashflow pressure, and forecasting stress behind it. Really appreciate how transparently you shared the real founder experience. Huge respect for the execution and the growth you achieved."

Etc.

AuthAuth•2mo ago
Ah this line left such a sour taste in my mouth "we’re fortunate as we secured a multi year contract that locks out any other competition from entering CW".

What a brutal industry to compete in.

d_tr•2mo ago
I'd reframe it as a stupid game..
toasterlovin•2mo ago
On the other hand, they grew 400% in one year.
hippo22•2mo ago
How is that different than a patent?
AuthAuth•2mo ago
Because they arent blocking copies. They are locking out alternative products which might be completely different from being stocked in the same shop all because they MIGHT compete. Its very protectionist and anti competitive.
