Meetings, easily. Not sure what alternatives to them there are, since they're required by management.

The tedious Scrum/Agile events where nothing new is ever said and no problems are ever solved.

Fighting with my own emotion or my son's emotion. I'd prefer that I'm a robot that can context switch in a second without feeling anything. Emotion is only an obstacle for all of my life objectives. I might actually explore mediation or other techniques to further discipline myself. I want to be as efficient as a machine. I want to follow an objective without any stop. Humans are too fragile.

As for my son, I definitely don't want him to turn into a robot, but we are working on controlling his emotion.
