Ask HN: Why not make intelligence attractive, *literally*, in online dating?

1•amichail•52m ago
Consider an online dating site that automatically alters photos to make men more muscular and women more beautiful but ONLY for those with a verified record of achievement requiring high intelligence.

The higher the level of intelligence required for the achievement, the stronger the alteration. All of it would be done automatically. No user edits allowed.

Everyone on the site would understand that these modifications are part of the experience.

Is this a good idea? Would you use this online dating site?

I wouldn't even consider using a service (dating or otherwise) that actively lies to me by design.

This is possibly the worst product idea I've ever heard of. I can't imagine one person enjoying it, let alone 10s or 100s
